What if my child won't sit still during the haircut?
Ask any of our stylists and they’ll tell you – working with wiggly kids is genuinely a skill, and one we’ve developed over many years. We work efficiently without rushing, we use age-appropriate distraction techniques, we take short breaks when needed, and we absolutely never make a child feel bad for being a child. If a child is too distressed to continue at any point, we stop, take a breather, and regroup. The goal is always a positive experience first and a great haircut second.
Can parents stay with their child during the appointment?
Absolutely – and for younger children, we strongly encourage it. A familiar, calm parent nearby makes an enormous difference in a young child’s comfort level. Our salon is set up to accommodate parents sitting right next to their child throughout the service. For older kids and teens who prefer a little independence in the chair, that’s completely fine too – we follow your child’s lead.
Do you save a lock of hair from baby's first haircut?
es! Just let your stylist know when you book or when you arrive, and we will make sure to carefully save a special lock of hair for you to take home.
